Mini Vanilla Crème Crowns, baked
Icing sugar
Fresh berries and seasonal fresh fruits
Apricot glaze

Wash and cut whole fresh fruits into small cubes and mix with berries in a small bowl.
Sprinkle icing sugar over the cooled vanilla crowns.
Fill the center of crowns with fresh berry mixture.
Lightly brush apricot glaze on top of fruit.
